Cheesy Potatoes 6-8 Baking Potatoes Cheese, grated 3/4 to 1 lb. Heavy Cream Salt Paprika Wash potatoes and puncture with fork. Bake in microwave or oven until tender. When potatoes are done, split open to cool. in the meantime, grate cheese. When potatoes are cool enough to handle, scrape the insides into a shallow casserole dish. Mix 1/2 the cheese with the potatoes and season to taste with salt. Pour enough cream over potatoes where just peaks are showing. Top with remaining cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown and warned through, this will depend on how hot your potatoes were when you started working with them but its usually 30-45 minutes. |

Deviled Eggs 6 Hard Boiled Eggs 1/4 c. Mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 tsp. Vinegar 1 tsp. Prepared Mustard 1/8 tsp. Salt Halve eggs lengthwise; remove yolks and mash with pastry blender or fork. Blend in remaining ingredients. Refill egg whites. Serves 6. (The mayonnaise may be a little much, so don't do it all at once. |

Onion Rings 8 Onions 2 c. Milk 3 Eggs 2 c. Flour Slice onions in rings and separate. Chill in ice water. Drain. Beat milk and slice eggs together. Dip onions into egg batter and then into the flour. Deep fry at 375 degrees for 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly brown. Stir lightly to separate. Drain on paper towels and salt to taste. |

Baked Beans 2 cans BBQ beans 2 cans Baby butter Beans 2 cans Dark Red Kidney Beans 1 lb. Bacon (cook and crumble) 1-1 1/2 lb. Hamburger 2 Tblsp. Worcestershire Sauce 3/4 c. Ketchup 2 tsp. Chili Powder 1 tsp. Onion Powder 1 pinch Cumin 1/2 c. BBQ Sauce 1/2 c. Brown Sugar 2 Tblsp. Mustard Cook hamburger and drain, add to rest. Cook bacon and crumble into mixture. Mix beans and rest of ingredients in a large pot. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Better warm over! May desire to add more BBQ sauce and brown sugar to taste. |
