Texas Spaghetti 1 lb. Ground beef 1 medium sliced Onion Spaghetti Sauce 1 (12 oz. pkg.) Spaghetti Shredded Cheese 1 can sliced mushrooms (optional) Brown hamburger and onion; add spaghetti sauce and simmer 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti and drain. In a 9x13 pan, add a layer of spaghetti and a layer of sauce. Sauté the can of mushrooms for a layer. Layer spaghetti and sauce. Top with cheese. Bake until hot through at 350 degrees. |

Baked Chicken 8-10 small, boneless, skinless Chicken Breast 3 c. crushed saltine crackers 1/4 c. Flour salt and pepper to taste 2 (small containers) heavy cream 1/4 c. Butter melted In one container mix flour and cracker crumbs and add salt and pepper. In another container, mix cream and butter. Dip chicken in cream mixture, then coat all sides in cracker mixture. Place on baking pan and drizzle remaining cream mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned. |

Mexican Chicken 1 medium size Chicken, cooked and chopped (2 cups) 1 medium onion, diced 1 medium Green Pepper, diced 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed 1 Pkg. Doritos, crushed (3/4 lb.) 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes 1/2-1 c. Chicken Broth in a 9x13 inch pan, layer, in order: chicken, onions, peppers, Velveeta, 1/2 pkg. Doritos. Combine Ro-tel, soups and broth (in separate bowl) top Doritos layer 1/2 pkg. Doritos. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |

Broccoli Chicken Casserole 2 1/2 c. Uncooked yolk-free Noodles 2 1/2 c. Chicken Breast, cooked, cubed 1 (10 oz pkg.) Frozen Broccoli, thawed 1 small onion, chopped 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 1/2 c. Fat free Milk 1/2 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 1 tsp. dried Basil 1/4 tsp. Salt 1/8 tsp. Pepper Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and place in large bowl. Add chicken, broccoli and onion. In small bowl combine soup, milk, cheese, basil, salt and pepper. Pour over chicken mixture and stir until combined. Transfer to a 2 quart baking dish, coated with cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly. |

Italian Pork Chops 4 bone-in Pork chops, 1/2 inch thick 1/2 c. Italian Dressing and marinade, divided 1 pouch Shake 'n Bake Italian Coating Mix 4 c. mixed baby Salad greens 1/4 c. Tomato, finely chopped 1/4 c. Red onion, finely chopped Lemon Wedges, optional Pound pork chops to 1/4 inch thickness. Place chops in large, re-sealable bag. Add 1/4 cup of the dressing. Turn bag to coat chops. Refrigerate 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove chops and discard bag. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat chops with coating mix. Place chops in large baking pan; bake 20 to 25 minutes, until thoroughly cooked. Toss salad greens with remaining 1/4 cup dressing, arrange on serving platter. Top with the chops. Sprinkle with tomato and onion. Serve with lemon wedges. |

BBQ Meat Balls 3 lbs. Hamburger 1 can Evaporated Milk 2c. Quick Oatmeal 1 medium Onion, chopped 2 Eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper 2 tsp. Chili Powder 2 tsp. Salt 2 c. Ketchup 1 Tblsp. Liquid Smoke 1/2 tsp. chopped onions 2 c. Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder Mix first nine ingredients together to form into balls the size of walnuts or larger. Put into 9x13 pan (5 across and 7 down). Mix together next five ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Hint: if meat mixture gets to sticky when making balls, have a bowl of cold water to dip fingers in so they're less sticky and easier to form into balls |

Chicken N Dumplings 1 Stewing Chicken 3 c. Flour 4 tsp. Baking Powder 1 Tblsp. Salt 6 Tblsp. Shortening 1 1/2 c. Milk Boil chicken. Remove from bone and cup into broth. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt into bowl. Cut in the shortening. Stir in milk. Drop in boiling chicken broth by teaspoon. Let simmer until dumplings are done. Add black pepper to taste. |

Homemade Pizza 2 cans Buttermilk Biscuits 1 (8 oz.) can Tomato Sauce 1 lb. Hamburger 1 pkg. Mozzarella Cheese Seasoning of your choice Brown hamburger. Cut biscuits in quarters and arrange them in the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Put tomato sauce on the top of biscuits. May season at this time (as desired). Put browned hamburger on top of tomato sauce. Place cheese on top of hamburger. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. The crust will be as bubble crust. |

Barbecued Pork Steaks 4 Pork blade steaks 1/3 c. Honey 1 tsp. Garlic salt 1/2 c. Bottled Barbecue Sauce 1 Tblsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1/2 tsp. Prepared Mustard Place steaks on grill about 4 inches above medium, slow coals. Cook about 8 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Brush steaks with sauce and continue cooking, 5 minutes more, turning and brushing with sauce. |

Chili 3 Tblsp. Oil 1 1/2 c. Diced cook Meat 1 1/2 c. Onion (Chopped) 1 1/2 c. Celery (chopped) 1 crushed Garlic Clove 1 (16 oz) can Kidney Beans 1 can Tomato Sauce 2 tsp. Chili Powder 1 1/2 tsp. Salt In hot oil in large skillet, cook and stir beef, onion, celery, and garlic until vegetables are tender and lightly browned. About 15 minutes. Add beans, sauce, chili powder, and salt. Cover and simmer 30 minutes longer stirring occasionally. |

Glazed Ham Steak or Slices 1 1/4 lbs. Ham steak 1/2 c. Light Brown Sugar 1 Tblsp. Dry mustard 1/3 c. Pineapple Juice Place ham steak or slices in a baking pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and dry mustard over ham. Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup pineapple juice over ham. Bake at 350 degrees about 15 to 20 minutes. |

Chinese Cashew Chicken 2 Whole chicken breast, boned, skinned and cut into 3/4 inch cubes 1 Tblsp. Soy Sauce 1 Tblsp. Chinese Rice wine or dry sherry 2 Tblsp. Say Sauce 1 Tblsp. Cornstarch 2 tsp. Sugar 1 tsp. White Vinegar 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes 3 Green Onions, sliced diagonally 1 Tblsp. Minced Fresh ginger 1/2 c. Cashews Cooked Rice
