Cake Mix Brownies

1 Egg

3/4 c. water (Might have to add a little more if needed)

1/2 c. Chopped Nuts

1 (18.25 oz. box) Devils food cake mix

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease or spray a 13x9 pan. Mix egg, water, nuts in a large bowl. Add dry cake mix, nothing else and stir well. If batter should be thick, don't over mix. Pour in pan and smooth top evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes for chewy brownies. If you like them a little dryer, bake a few minutes longer.

Cookies and Cream Dessert

1 lb. 2 oz. pkg. Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, crushed

1/2 c. Butter or margarine, melted

1 (8 oz. pkg.) Cream cheese, softened

2 (3.4 oz. pkgs.) Vanilla Instant Pudding mix

3 c. Milk

1 (8 oz. Container) Whipped Topping, thawed

Mix cookie crumbs with butter, reserve one cup of mixture. Press remaining mixture in bottom of 9x13 dish. Beat cream cheese at medium speed with an electric mixture. Add pudding mix and milk, beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cookie mixture and sprinkle with reserved cookie mixture. Chill 1 hour. Serves 15

Oreo Dessert

Oreos

1/4 c. Butter

1/2 gal. Vanilla Ice Cream

unsalted peanuts

Chocolate syrup

Cool Whip

Crust: Oreos (save some sprinkles on top). Layer ingredients above ice cream, peanuts, chocolate syrup, cool whip, sprinkle are on top with Oreos.
