Earthquake Shake 2 oz. Chocolate Syrup 16 oz. Milk 2 c. Chocolate Ice Cream 4 Oreo Cookies 1/2 c. M and M's Candies Whipped Topping, Optional Place ice cream, Oreos, milk, and syrup in a blender. Blend until creamy. When done blending sprinkle m and ms on top. Use whipping cream if desired. |

Iced Lemonade 1/2 c. Fresh lemon Juice 1/2 c. Sugar 2-1/2 c. Cold water 1 c. Ice In a medium pitcher, combine the lemon juice and sugar with the water. Stir well until all sugar dissolves. When ready to serve add ice to the pitcher and serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. |

Fruit Punch 5 Bananas 4 c. Sugar 1 (12 oz) can frozen Lemonade 1 (46 oz) Pineapple Juice 6 c. Water 1 pkg. Frozen Strawberries 1-2 liter bottle 7-up or Sprite Blend in blender Strawberries and half of pineapple juice. Pour in large bowl. Blend bananas and rest of pineapple juice and add to bowl. Add rest of ingredients except 7-up and mix well. Pour approximately 5 cups into 4-1 gallon Ziploc bags and freeze. Mix one bag of mix with 1-2 liter chilled 7-up, sprite, mtn. dew, or ginger ale. |

Banana Punch 4 c. Sugar 6 c. Water 1 (6 oz) can Frozen Concentrate Lemonade 1 (6 oz) can Frozen Concentrate Orange Juice 1 qt. Pineapple Juice 5 Bananas 2 qt. Sprite Combine sugar and water; bring to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat when sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients except the sprite. Pour into freezer trays or large Tupperware container and freeze until slushy. (I usually make this ahead of time and pull out of freezer when I need it) To serve, fill 8-10 oz glass half full with frozen mixture, finish filling glass with carbonated beverage. (sprite, ginger ale, and etc) Stir gently to mix. Yield: 15-18 servings. Makes a beautiful yellow punch. |

Raspberry Lemonade 2 (12 oz) cans Frozen lemonade 2 (10 oz) pkgs. Frozen sweetened raspberries 2 Tblsp Sugar 2 Liters Club Soda Ice Cubes In blender combine lemonade concentrate, raspberries, and sugar. Cover and process until blended. Strain to remove seeds. In a 4 1/2 quart container, combine raspberry mixture, club soda, and ice cubes. |

Eggnog 1 qt. nonfat Milk 4 eggs 1/4 c. Powdered Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract Ground nutmeg for garnish In a heavy saucepan., combine milk, lightly beaten eggs and powdered sugar; mix well using wire whisk. Slowly bring to a simmer, over low heat for 5 minutes stirring frequently with a whisk. Remove from heat. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Refrigerate until cold. To serve either hot or cold. Garnish with nutmeg. |
